Role & Responsibilities
Manage product listings across online sales platforms, ensuring accurate product descriptions, pricing, images and inventory details.
Handle incoming customer enquiries through WhatsApp and other digital communication channels.
Respond to customer queries, share product catalogues and provide relevant product information.
Connect with potential customers and follow up with leads to generate sales and drive conversions.
Understand product availability, stock movement and inventory levels to ensure smooth order processing.
Coordinate with the internal sales and inventory teams for order updates and stock-related queries.
Maintain customer records, track enquiries and regularly follow up on pending leads.
Assist in managing day-to-day online sales operations and improving the overall customer experience.
Preferred Candidate Profile
Graduate in any discipline.
02 years of experience in online sales,
e-commerce or customer handling. Freshers with the right attitude can also apply.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Comfortable handling WhatsApp enquiries and communicating with customers.
Basic understanding of MS Excel, Google Sheets and online platforms.
Ability to understand products, manage multiple enquiries and convert potential leads into customers.
Organised, proactive and detail-oriented, with a solid interest in sales and e-commerce.
