Location: Nariman Point, Mumbai

Experience: 1–3 years in telecalling, telesales, admissions counselling, customer service or inside sales

Education: Graduate in any discipline

Employment: Full time | Target-driven sales role

About the Role

Counsel prospective students and parents, explain programmes and convert enquiries into admissions through consistent follow-up.

Daily calling expectation: 80–120 outbound calls.

Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound/outbound calls & qualify leads
Explain courses, fees & admission processes
Book counselling sessions, demos & visits
Achieve admission & revenue targets
Update CRM; support documents, payments & onboarding
Resolve queries, report progress & protect customer data





Required Skills & Qualifications
Strong English & Hindi communication
Counselling, persuasion & objection handling
Negotiation, closing & disciplined follow-up
Basic CRM & MS Office knowledge

What We're Looking For An empathetic, persuasive and target-focused skilled. Education/EdTech or service-sector experience preferred. Willingness to work weekends during admission season. Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
