Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum1 year of relevant experience in architectural design and documentation.
Bachelors Degree in Architecture from a reputed institution is mandatory. A Master’s Degree will be an added advantage.
Excellent command of AutoCAD,
with the ability to independently prepare accurate and detailed architectural drawings.
Robust experience in preparing working drawings, construction drawings, plans, elevations, sections, and architectural details.
Positive understanding of construction materials, building systems, architectural detailing, and construction practices.
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of drawing quality and accuracy.
Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Experience in luxury residential and hospitality projects will be preferred.
