Tool Maker – Progressive Die (0–15 Years Experience)

Roles & Responsibilities:
Manufacture, assemble, and maintain progressive stamping dies.
Perform fitting, grinding, drilling, milling, and machining operations.
Work on punches, dies, strippers, pilots, and guide components.
Read and interpret tool drawings and dimensions.
Perform die assembly, alignment, and adjustments.
Conduct die trials and troubleshoot stamping issues.
Perform preventive maintenance and breakdown repairs.
Identify and correct tool-related quality issues.
Ensure proper clearances, accuracy, and surface finish.
Maintain tool room safety and 5S standards.

Experience Levels:
0–2 Years: Basic fitting, grinding, drilling, and tool assembly.
3–5 Years: Progressive die assembly, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
6–10 Years: Die development, tryout, modifications, and problem-solving.
11–15 Years: Advanced tool making, die design understanding, process improvement, and team guidance.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
