Responsibilities:
Manage daily store operations and achieve sales targets.
Lead and motivate the sales team.
Ensure excellent customer service.
Manage inventory, stock audits, and replenishment.
Maintain store display, cleanliness, and brand standards.
Handle billing, cash management, and daily sales reports.
Ensure staff attendance, discipline, and SOP compliance.
Qualification: Graduate Experience: 2–3 years in retail; Store Manager experience preferred.
Skills: Leadership, sales, customer handling, inventory management, and basic Excel.
Salary: As per experience and company policy.
Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
