Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end procurement of construction and building materials.
Must have valuable knowledge of RCC materials and BNP materials.
Handle purchasing of cement, steel, TMT bars, RMC, sand, aggregate, bricks, blocks, shuttering materials, binding wire, and other construction materials.
Knowledge of building construction materials, specifications, quality, and market rates.
Identify and develop reliable vendors and suppliers.
Negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules with vendors.
Prepare and manage purchase orders (PO) and quotations.
Ensure timely delivery of materials at project sites.
Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, store, and accounts departments.
Monitor material requirements and control procurement costs.
Maintain purchase records, vendor details, and material tracking reports.

Candidate Requirements




Graduate in any discipline; Civil Engineering background preferred.
4–5 years of experience in the purchase department of a construction company.
Robust knowledge of RCC and BNP construction materials.
Good market knowledge of building construction materials and pricing.
Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills.
Knowledge of MS Excel, purchase orders, and basic ERP systems.
Valuable communication and coordination skills.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
