Electronic Bazaar is looking for an experienced Sales Coordinator to manage inside sales activities, handle customer enquiries, and support sales of refurbished laptops and desktops.
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer enquiries through calls, emails, and WhatsApp.
Promote refurbished laptops and desktops to potential customers.
Generate leads and follow up on sales enquiries.
Coordinate with customers regarding product specifications, pricing,
and availability.
Prepare quotations and maintain sales records.
Coordinate with the sales team for order processing and closure.
Ensure customer satisfaction through timely follow-ups.
Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience in Inside Sales / Sales Coordination.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
Positive coordination and follow-up skills.
Robust customer handling and sales skills.
Positive attitude and target-oriented approach.
