Key Responsibilities:
Raw Material Sourcing: Identify current suppliers and explore alternate vendors.
Vendor Development: Collect quotations, compare prices, and support price negotiations.
Sample Coordination: Follow up with suppliers for samples and coordinate with R&D; for testing and trials.
Current Product Development (NPD): Coordinate with R&D; and Business teams to support recent product launches.
Documentation & Vendor Onboarding: Collect vendor documents and support vendor registration.
Order & Dispatch Tracking: Track purchase orders, material dispatches, and delivery schedules.
Cross-functional Coordination: Coordinate with R&D;, QC, Warehouse, Finance, Planning, and Regulatory Affairs.
Required Qualifications:
Graduate in Food Technology, Food Science, or a related discipline.
Good communication, analytical, and coordination skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel will be an added advantage.
