Role & responsibilities
Manage overall QA/QC activities and implement QMS (ISO 9001).
Ensure quality control across wire drawing, stranding, insulation, cabling, armouring and sheathing processes.
Ensure compliance with BIS/ISI, IS and IEC standards.
Handle raw material, in-process and finished product inspection and testing.
Manage customer complaints, RCA, CAPA and 8D analysis.
Conduct internal, external, supplier and customer audits.
Drive rejection reduction, process improvement and zero-defect initiatives.
Lead and develop the quality team.
Preferred candidate profile
Robust knowledge of wire and cable manufacturing processes.
Hands-on experience in electrical and mechanical cable testing.
Knowledge of BIS certification, ISO 9001 and quality tools.
Solid leadership and problem-solving skills.
