Qualification: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Civil or relevant Engineering discipline

Job Summary

We are looking for a qualified and experienced Project Engineer to coordinate and manage defence-related project activities. The candidate will be responsible for project planning, customer coordination, technical documentation, progress monitoring, and ensuring timely completion of project deliverables.

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate with customers, internal engineering, production, quality, procurement, and project management teams.
Prepare and maintain project schedules, Gantt charts, and milestone trackers.
Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
Coordinate technical discussions, customer meetings, and project reviews.
Prepare meeting minutes (MOM), progress reports, and project documentation.
Follow up with customers for technical clarifications, document approvals, inspections, and sign-offs.
Identify project delays, risks, and issues and escalate them to management.




Maintain project trackers, action-item registers, and documentation records.
Coordinate site visits and project activities at customer and manufacturing locations.
Ensure compliance with customer requirements, confidentiality, and defence security protocols.

Required Skills
Positive knowledge of project planning and coordination.
Experience in technical documentation and project execution.
Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Project, and scheduling tools.
Robust communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and project activities.
Willingness to travel to customer sites and manufacturing facilities.

Work Locations
Mindewadi Plant
Unit 1, Chakan
Customer locations, including CME / R&D; establishments at Dighi, Pune, as required.

Preferred Experience Candidates with experience in defence, aerospace, government establishments, engineering, or manufacturing projects will be preferred.
