We are looking for a motivated Recruitment Inter n to join our team and gain hands-on exposure to modern recruitment and executive search practices .

Key Responsibilities
Support end-to-end recruitment across mid-senior and leadership roles.
Draft and refine compelling job descriptions to attract top talent.
Source candidates through platforms such as LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, and other databases.
Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidate fit.
Prepare and present candidate profiles for client submissions.
Collaborate with senior recruiters on live hiring mandate s.

Who This Role Is For
Have a foundational understanding of recruitm ent (sourcing, screening, outreach).
Know how to conduct a skilled candidate interaction.




Have used job portals or LinkedIn sourcing at a beginner level.
Can comm it 6 focused hours da ily.
Are sincere, proactive, and ownership-driven.
