Manage and drive Affordable Home Loan business across multiple branches within the assigned cluster.
Achieve monthly sales, login, and disbursement targets.
Lead and manage Branch Managers and sales teams.
Develop business through DSA, connectors, builders, and direct sourcing.
Build solid relationships with channel partners and generate recent business prospects.
Monitor branch performance, portfolio quality, and team productivity.
Coordinate with credit and operations teams for smooth loan processing and disbursement.
