We are hiring a Safety Officer for an 8-month infrastructure project in Bharuch district, Gujarat.
Responsibilities
Run daily safety inspections and toolbox talks
Issue and monitor work permits work at height, hot work, excavation
Induct current workers and subcontractor crews on site safety rules
Investigate incidents and near-misses; follow corrective actions to closure
Maintain safety records and reports for management and the client
Requirements
Degree or Diploma plus a recognised safety qualification (ADIS / PDIS / NEBOSH or equivalent)
3–6 years as Safety Officer on construction or industrial sites
Confident enforcing safety rules with crews and subcontractors
Salary: Rs 30,000–40,000 per month. Immediate joiners preferred.
