To lead and manage the overall business operations and development of the assigned region by achieving business targets in Gold Loan, Fixed Deposit (FD) and Recurring Deposit (RD). The Regional Manager is responsible for driving regional growth, managing branch performance, developing the team, ensuring operational efficiency and maintaining customer relationships.
