We are looking for an experienced Regional Project Manager to support a large-scale merger integration program across the APAC region. This is a business/process-focused role (non-SAP, non-IT PM) requiring solid execution capabilities, stakeholder coordination, and ownership of regional deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:
Drive end-to-end execution of regional integration plans aligned with global milestones
Manage project plans, milestones, risks, issues, and dependencies (RAID)
Coordinate across cross-functional and global teams to ensure smooth execution




Provide status updates, governance reporting, and escalations
Drive stakeholder accountability through structured follow-ups
Support change management execution (communications, training, readiness) in coordination with central teams

Required Skills & Experience:
10+ years of project management experience in large-scale transformation/integration programs
Solid experience in RAID management and execution tracking
Proven ability to work across global stakeholders and multiple geographies
Experience with tools like Smartsheet, MS Project, JIRA, or Azure DevOps
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Experience:
Experience in post-merger integration / IMO
Exposure to organizational change management (OCM)
Experience in business/process integration programs
