Implement and monitor Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) policies at construction sites.
Conduct regular site safety inspections and identify potential hazards.
Ensure workers follow safety procedures and use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), including helmets, safety shoes, safety belts and reflective jackets.
Monitor safety practices for working at heights, scaffolding, excavation, lifting operations and electrical work.
Conduct toolbox talks, safety induction and training for workers, contractors and site staff.
Prepare and maintain safety inspection reports, incident reports, risk assessments and safety records.
Investigate accidents, near misses and unsafe practices, and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws,



construction safety requirements and company safety policies.
Coordinate with Project Managers, Site Engineers, contractors and subcontractors on safety-related matters.
Monitor fire safety arrangements, emergency exits, first-aid facilities and emergency preparedness.
Ensure proper safety signage, barricading, housekeeping and access control at construction sites.
Report reliable safety violations and follow up until corrective actions are completed.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
