WE ARE HIRING SENIOR ACCOUNTANT

US Accounting | QuickBooks | Financial Reporting An accredited College in USA is seeking an experienced, highly organized, and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to join our finance team.

The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience in QuickBooks, US accounting practices, financial reporting, and reconciliations, with the ability to independently manage accounting operations for a US-based organization.

This is not US hours shift. This position is flexible schedule and work hours will finish by 9pm IST

Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day accounting operations using QuickBooks Online/Desktop.
Maintain accurate general ledgers and financial records.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Handle bank reconciliations, credit card reconciliations, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
Manage payroll accounting and related reconciliations.
Prepare budgets, cash flow reports, and financial analyses.
Assist with US tax filings, year-end closing, and financial audits.
Coordinate with US-based CPAs, auditors, and management.
Ensure compliance with US GAAP and internal financial controls.
Prepare management reports and monitor financial performance.





Required Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce.
Minimum 8 years of accounting / finance experience.
Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks is mandatory.
Robust knowledge of US accounting practices and US GAAP.
Experience managing accounting for US-based companies is highly preferred.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
Solid analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent English communication skills.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Preferred Qualifications
CA, CA Inter, or equivalent accounting / finance qualification or experience
Experience working with US-based institutions or businesses.
Familiarity with US financial/ accounting, taxation, and audit requirements.
Experience coordinating with international finance teams.
