Core Responsibilities
Core Financial Accounting &
General Ledger
Direct month-end and year-end closing processes to ensure prompt financial reporting.
Prepare financial statements including profit & loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow forecasts.
Execute complex bank reconciliations, including foreign currency accounts for imported raw materials or exported goods.
Oversee accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR), verifying ledger accuracy and vendor payments.
Cost Accounting &
Inventory Control
Monitor cost accounting metrics specific to plastic processing (e.g., injection molding, extrusion, blown film lines).
Track inventory valuation across raw polymer resins, work-in-progress (WIP), finished plastic items, and regrind/scrap material.
Analyze manufacturing variances regarding material consumption, machine downtime losses, and overhead distribution.
Taxation &
Statutory Compliance
Manage statutory compliance including domestic tax filings, direct tax management, and regional deductions (e.g., GST/TDS/TCS filings).
Perform reconciliation profiles (such as matching GSTR-2B against books) to accurately optimize input tax credits.
Organize documentation for custom clearances related to imported chemicals,



machinery, or polymer shipments.
Coordinate with external auditors and handle tax audits seamlessly.
Management Reporting &
Systems
Generate regular Management Information System (MIS) reports and operational KPI summaries for leadership review.
Audit and optimize internal controls to secure company property and plant inventory.
Supervise and train junior staff, including bookkeepers and accounting clerks.

Requirements &
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce. Master’s degrees.
Experience: Minimum 5+ years of core accounting experience, with a distinct preference for candidates coming out of manufacturing settings.
Technical Skills:
Advanced proficiency in ERP software such as Tally ERP, SAP, or industry-specific tools like Delmia Works/IQMS.
Expert capabilities in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, data modeling).
Deep structural knowledge of local tax laws, export-import incentives, and filing schedules.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
