We are looking for an experienced SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) Consultant with solid hands-on experience in SAP PM implementation, configuration, and support. Candidates must have mandatory SAP S/4HANA experience and a valuable understanding of maintenance processes in manufacturing or utilities.
Key Responsibilities
Configure SAP PM functionalities, including Equipment, Functional Locations, Maintenance Plans, BOM, Task Lists, Work Orders, Notifications and Measuring Points.
Handle preventive, corrective, breakdown, refurbishment and calibration maintenance processes.
Integrate SAP PM with MM, PP, FICO and QM modules.
Gather business requirements and prepare functional specifications.
Provide L2/L3 support, troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
Participate in SAP implementation, rollout and upgrade projects.
Prepare functional documentation, SOPs and end-user training materials.
Coordinate with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
