We are looking for a proactive and well-organized Sales & Marketing Executive to support our B2B sales and marketing operations. The candidate will be responsible for customer coordination, handling sales enquiries, following up with clients and providing back-office support to the sales team.
Key Responsibilities
Handle B2B customer enquiries through calls, emails and other communication channels.
Coordinate with existing and potential customers regarding product enquiries.
Follow up with clients on quotations, proposals and business enquiries.
Prepare quotations, sales documents and other necessary reports.
Coordinate with internal teams for customer requirements and order updates.
Maintain customer databases and records of enquiries and follow-ups.
Provide back-office support to the sales and marketing team.
Assist in generating business leads and managing client communication.
Ensure timely responses to customer queries and provide appropriate support.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Graduate in any discipline.
2–3 years of experience in B2B sales, marketing or back-office operations.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English is mandatory).
Good knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word and email communication.
Robust customer coordination and follow-up skills.
Good organisational and multitasking abilities.
Significant Note
This is a back-office B2B sales and marketing role.
No sales targets.
Candidates with experience in manufacturing or industrial products will be preferred.
