Role & Responsibilities
Handle prospective customer enquiries and provide professional admissions guidance.
Maintain effective communication and timely follow-ups.
Convert enquiries into successful admissions.
Consistently achieve assigned sales and admissions targets.
Maintain accurate records and positive customer relationships.
Preferred Candidate Profile
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in admissions counselling, educational sales or inside sales is mandatory.
Proven track record in sales conversion and target achievement.
Excellent communication skills in Tamil and English.
Solid negotiation, persuasion and closing abilities.
Graduate in any discipline preferred.
