Roles & Responsibilities
Handle incoming enquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, and other channels.
Contact prospective students and understand their career and training requirements.
Explain courses, training programs, fees, and career opportunities.
Follow up with prospective students and convert enquiries into admissions.
Schedule counselling sessions and demo lectures.
Maintain enquiry records and update follow-up databases.
Achieve assigned monthly sales and admission targets.
Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective students.

Graduate or undergraduate candidates can apply.
Valuable verbal communication skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
