Job Summary

The Research Assistant will support agricultural research and farm management activities to ensure successful crop development activities and field research operations.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day farm operations including sowing, irrigation, fertilization, and harvesting.
Assist in crop management, pest and disease monitoring, and implementation of agronomic practices.
Conduct research activities related to seed development and crop improvement.
Collect, record, and maintain research and crop performance data.




Monitor experimental plots and ensure compliance with research protocols.
Prepare field reports and maintain documentation of farm and research activities.

Skills Required:
