Job Description - Female Service Advisor | Oishwini Automobiles Pvt. Ltd.
Welcome customers and understand their vehicle service requirements.
Handle customer queries, complaints, and service requests professionally.
Coordinate with service technicians and workshop staff.
Prepare service job cards and maintain customer records.
Provide regular updates to customers regarding vehicle service status.
Explain service charges, estimates, and delivery timelines.
Ensure excellent customer satisfaction and follow-up.
Maintain skilled communication and showroom standards.

Working Hours: 9:00 AM - 7:00 PM

Location: Suri, West Bengal

Preferred Candidate: Female candidates with valuable communication skills. Automobile experience preferred; freshers can also apply.
