We are looking for a confident, persuasive Telecaller with prior real estate experience and fluent spoken English to handle customer enquiries, qualify leads, and support our sales team.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective buyers and handle incoming enquiries.
Explain project offerings, location advantages, pricing, and payment plans accurately.
Understand customer requirements, budgets, and purchase timelines.
Follow up with leads and schedule sales meetings and site visits.
Maintain accurate call records and update lead status in the CRM.
Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely follow-ups.
Work towards assigned calling, lead qualification, and appointment targets.
Mandatory Requirements
Previous telecalling or telesales experience in real estate.
Fluent spoken English with clear pronunciation and robust communication skills.
Ability to communicate confidently in Hindi.
Solid persuasion, listening, and customer-handling skills.
Understanding of real estate sales and lead follow-up processes.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools.
Qualified telephone etiquette and a target-oriented approach.
