Responsibilities
Processing and Quality checking.
Process reporting and training.
Queue Allocation & Management.
Update SOPs and other process documents.
Ensuring compliance of all internal policies.
Process improvement.
Providing timely updates to Assistant Manager and onshore counterparts.
Succeeding as a Senior Analyst - Operations, will require the following core qualifications and
skills
1 - 2 years of relevant work experience.
Knowledge of Defined Advantages or Health domain.
Written and verbal proficiency in Basic French is a must.B1 or B2 certification in French.
Valuable analytical and communication skills.
Valuable command on MS Office applications (MS-Excel, MS-Word).
Problem solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask.
Should be able to work on reporting and generating dashboards.
