Job Role
Design & Review of piping layouts, P&IDs;, isometrics, piping specifications, supports and vendor documents.
Review EPC/EPCOM contractor engineering submissions and ensure timely closure of PMC/client comments.
Coordinate piping interfaces with process, mechanical, civil, electrical and instrumentation disciplines.
Monitor piping fabrication, erection,
installation, testing and hydrotest readiness against approved documents.
Review technical queries, deviations, design changes and field issues and coordinate resolution.
Monitor quality compliance, inspection requirements and relevant test/inspection records.
Track pending engineering deliverables, technical comments and piping punch points to closure.
Participate in client, contractor and multidisciplinary review meetings and provide technical inputs.
Support review of as-built drawings, final documentation and handover dossiers.
Provide technical guidance to piping engineers and site teams on critical project issues.
