Recruitment Platform Support
Provide functional and operational support for the SmartRecruiters platform.
Support end-to-end recruitment processes including requisition creation, candidate management, interview scheduling, offer management, and hiring workflows.
Troubleshoot recruitment-related system issues and resolve user-reported incidents and service requests.
Support recruitment campaigns, bulk hiring initiatives, and hiring events.
Onboarding Support
Support onboarding workflows and candidate-to-employee transition processes.
Monitor onboarding tasks and ensure successful completion of onboarding activities.
Troubleshoot onboarding process issues, workflow failures, and integration-related errors.
Coordinate with HR Operations and business users to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
