Job Title: Sales Executive – Enquiry & Order Management

Experience: 1–3 years in Sales / Inside Sales / Tele sales / Industrial Products preferred.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Sales Executive to handle customer enquiries, prepare quotations, follow up with customers, and convert enquiries into confirmed orders.

Key Responsibilities:
Attend customer enquiries received through calls, emails, and other channels.
Understand customer requirements and provide suitable product information.
Prepare and share quotations with customers.
Follow up regularly on shared quotations and pending enquiries.
Handle and respond to enquiries.
Coordinate with customers for order confirmation and closure.
Maintain proper follow-up records and update the status of enquiries.
Work towards achieving enquiry conversion and sales targets.

Key Skills:
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of sales and customer handling.
Valuable follow-up and negotiation skills.
Positive computer knowledge.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
