: ServiceNow ITOM Developer

Location: All Metro Cities in India
Work Mode: Hybrid – 2 days Work From Office (WFO) per week
Key Responsibilities & Skills:
Hands-on experience in ServiceNow ITOM development, implementation, and configuration.
Robust expertise in Discovery, Service Mapping, CMDB, and MID Server.
Experience with IRE, CI relationships, Discovery patterns, and CMDB data management.
Proficiency in JavaScript, Business Rules, Script Includes, and ServiceNow scripting.
Experience with REST/SOAP integrations and troubleshooting ITOM-related issues.
Knowledge of ITSM processes and ServiceNow best practices.
Preferred: CSA or CIS-ITOM certification and experience with ITOM Visibility and Event Management.
