Key Responsibilities
Design test plans and test cases against acceptance criteria
Author and maintain ServiceNow ATF automation
Coordinate regression testing and UAT
Triage and manage defects through to resolution
Maintain test evidence for audit and acceptance sign-off
Feed quality risks and patterns back into squad retrospectives
RequiredMandatory Skills & Experience:
ServiceNow ATF experience
Test management tooling experience
Balance of manual and automated testing skills
Ability to write explicit, evidence-based defect reports
Desired Positive to have Skills:
Basic infrastructure/network literacy — useful to sanity-check ITOM Discovery and Service Mapping results, not just UI-level ATF flows
Experience testing AI-assisted or agentic workflows, including exception and failure-path scenarios
