R Team Consulting is looking for a creative and enthusiastic Social Media Executive to manage the company's social media presence, develop engaging content, and execute social media marketing strategies to improve brand awareness and audience engagement.

Roles & Responsibilities
Manage company social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
Develop and execute monthly social media content calendars.
Create engaging captions, posts, reels, stories, and other social media content.
Plan and schedule social media posts consistently.
Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors, and content teams.
Research industry trends, competitor activities, and trending topics.
Monitor social media performance, including reach, impressions, engagement, views, and follower growth.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
Manage comments, messages, and audience interactions.
Support brand awareness, social media campaigns, and lead-generation activities.




Coordinate influencer marketing and brand collaboration campaigns.
Analyse campaign performance and suggest improvements.
