POSITION : SALES EXECUTIVE – Mutual Fund (Outbound process)
Location: MBP ,Ghansoli, Navi Mumbai
Salary: ₹22,000 In-hand | ₹26,000 CTC
Shift: Rotational (8 AM – 8 PM) Any 9 hours working -1 hour break
Working: 6 Days | 1 Rotational Week Off
Eligibility:
Graduate in any stream.
6 months–1 year outbound calling experience.
Excellent English communication mandatory.
BFSI / Mutual Fund / Telesales experience preferred.
Assessment Criteria:
Versant Score: 4 or 5.
Must transparent Voice, HR & Operations rounds.
Required Skills
Robust verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Confidence in handling customer conversations.
Good objection-handling and convincing skills.
Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
