Role & responsibilities
Draft, review, and edit scientific manuscripts, review articles, abstracts, and posters for publication in peer-reviewed journals.
Ensure all scientific content complies with Valuable Publication Practices (GPP) and journal-specific editorial guidelines.
Collaborate with cross-functional R&D; and clinical teams to interpret experimental findings and clinical datasets.
Conduct in-depth Systematic Literature Reviews (SLR) using recognized scientific databases (PubMed, Scopus, Web of Science).
Prepare and format vital regulatory documents, including Clinical Study Reports (CSR) and study protocols.
Support the drafting of technical reports, white papers, and patent/IP documentation (invention disclosures).
Manage the end-to-end publication process, utilizing reference management tools and content management systems.




Perform rigorous quality control checks for scientific accuracy, formatting, and data integrity.

Preferred candidate profile
Masters degree in Pharmacy (M.Pharm), Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Biology, or a related discipline.
Strong foundational knowledge in scientific writing, manuscript preparation, or medical communications (published papers are a robust advantage).
Familiarity with clinical research processes, therapeutic areas, and regulatory documentation.
Excellent command of the English language with a proven ability to translate complex data into transparent, concise narratives.
Proficiency in utilizing scientific literature databases and reference management software.
