Job Responsibilities:
Assist customers in selecting suitable baby and kids' products.
Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate products.
Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
Promote products through upselling and cross-selling.
Maintain product displays and ensure proper merchandising.
Check product availability and coordinate for stock replenishment.
Handle customer queries and provide excellent customer service.
Maintain store cleanliness and product organisation.
Support daily store operations and billing activities.
Requirements:
Freshers can apply, prior retail or sales experience is an advantage.
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer-oriented approach and positive attitude.
Basic understanding of sales and customer handling.
Willingness to learn about baby and kids' product categories.
Ability to work in a retail store setting.
Responsible, punctual and target-oriented.
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
