About Us

Karunasparsh Rehabilitation Centre provides support, counselling and rehabilitation services for individuals experiencing addiction and mental health difficulties. We aim to help individuals improve their well-being and work towards recovery in a supportive environment.

Job Responsibilities
Conduct individual counselling sessions for patients.
Provide emotional support and motivation throughout recovery.
Assist with group counselling and rehabilitation activities.
Communicate with patients' families when appropriate.
Maintain patient counselling records and progress reports.
Work collaboratively with doctors, psychologists and the rehabilitation team.
Support relapse prevention and follow-up activities.

Requirements
Qualification: MSW, MA Psychology or a relevant counselling qualification.
Freshers may apply; relevant experience will be an advantage.




Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Patience, empathy and a responsible attitude.
Willingness to work in a rehabilitation centre.
