Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Support Executives to join our International Voice Process team. The ideal candidate should have excellent English communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to handle international customer queries professionally over phone calls.

Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls from international customers.
Provide accurate information and resolve customer queries professionally.
Understand customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions.
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication.
Handle customer complaints, escalations, and service-related issues.
Maintain accurate customer records and update details in the CRM system.
Follow company policies, quality standards, and call-handling procedures.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets.
Ensure proper follow-ups and timely resolution of customer issues.

Required Skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.




Positive accent clarity and fluency in English.
Solid listening and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to handle customer objections and challenging situations.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office.
Knowledge of CRM tools is an added advantage.
Ability to work in rotational/night shifts.
Positive interpersonal skills and a positive attitude.

Any Graduate / Undergraduate.
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Prior experience in International Voice Process / BPO / Customer Support is preferred.
Must be comfortable working in night shifts.
