We are looking for an energetic and experienced Land Sales Manager to join our team.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Handle land and plot sales activities.
Generate new leads and convert them into customers.
Meet potential clients and explain property details.
Conduct site visits and coordinate with customers.
Build and maintain solid customer relationships.
Achieve monthly sales targets.
Manage and guide the sales team.
Follow up with prospective buyers and close deals.
Requirements:
Experience in Real Estate / Land Sales preferred.
Valuable communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to handle customers and close sales.
Leadership and team management skills.
Two-wheeler and driving licence prefer
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
