Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
6+ years of professional software development experience, with strong hands-on full stack engineering experience.
Strong proficiency in C#, modern .NET/.NET Core, ASP.NET Core Web API, RESTful services, and microservices design.
Robust frontend development experience with React, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
Practical experience with AWS cloud services and containerized applications; familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and EKS.
Experience with PostgreSQL or comparable relational databases, including SQL, indexing, schema design, and query performance tuning.
Solid understanding of distributed systems, system design, API security, authentication/authorization, and CI/CD practices.




Proven ability to troubleshoot complex application and production issues, analyze performance bottlenecks, and drive root cause resolution.
Demonstrated technical leadership through architecture/design decisions, code reviews, mentoring, and independent ownership of complex initiatives.
Robust collaboration, communication, and technical documentation skills in an Agile workplace.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Java/Spring Boot microservices.
Hands-on Datadog experience with application performance monitoring, distributed tracing, logging, and alerting.
Experience with Cypress and/or Playwright automated testing.
Experience building AI-powered applications or chatbots with AWS Bedrock or related generative AI services.
Familiarity with AWS RDS, EC2, IAM, S3, CloudWatch, load balancers, networking, and infrastructure as code (AWS CDK, CloudFormation, or Terraform).
Experience with Git/GitHub, IntelliJ IDEA, VS Code, Jira, Confluence, and Jira Service Management.
Experience in healthcare technology, SaaS platforms, or other regulated enterprise environments.Role & responsibilities
