We are looking for a creative and proactive Social Media Manager to manage Jujhar Group media presence, develop engaging content and drive brand visibility and audience engagement across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities
Manage social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube.
Develop and execute monthly content calendars and social media strategies.
Conceptualise creative campaigns, reels, stories, carousels and promotional content.
Coordinate with creative agencies, designers, video editors and influencers.
Identify trending topics, reels and content prospects.
Monitor social media performance, engagement and audience growth.
Prepare monthly performance reports and competitor analysis.
Ensure consistent brand communication and timely execution of campaigns.

Required Skills
2 to 3 years of relevant social media management experience.
Excellent content writing and creative thinking skills.
Positive understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube.
Working knowledge of Meta Business Suite and social media analytics.
