Operational Responsibility:
Oversee and optimize operations in the pyro processing section, ensuring effective kiln performance and production quality.
Responsible for updation and tracking of checklist for preventive maintenance.
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to thermal efficiency, production, and downtime.
Troubleshooting operational problems and implementing solutions to ensure smooth and effective production.
Utilization of TSR as per the target set by the organization.
Responsible for spares parts planning and control.
Coordinate with other departments, including maintenance and quality, to achieve production targets.
Responsible for ensuring high level of safety health and setting practice at the production units and ensuring compliances.
