Documenting defects or nonconformances with the evidence like screenshots, called recordings and bad samples.
Reporting trench to the supervisor so recurring issues get fixed at the source.
Coordinating corrective action with the team or department responsible for the error
Maintaining compliance with the internal SOP's and external regular standard where applicable.
