Key Responsibilities
Site Coordination
Coordinate with site engineers, technicians, supervisors, and project managers regarding daily site activities.
Follow up on ongoing installation, maintenance, and project execution activities.
Collect daily updates from different project sites and maintain proper records.
Coordinate with internal departments for site-related requirements.
Follow up on pending activities and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
Site Reports & Documentation
Prepare and maintain daily site progress reports.
Maintain project-wise and location-wise site activity reports.
Track installation progress, completed work, and pending activities.
Maintain daily manpower attendance and deployment reports.
Prepare material requirement and material consumption reports.
Maintain site visit reports, work completion reports, and project status reports.




Update Excel trackers and MIS reports regularly.
Share daily and weekly project progress reports with management.
Maintain proper documentation of site-related activities.
Follow-up & Monitoring
Follow up with site engineers for daily work updates and project status.
Monitor project timelines and highlight delays to management.
Track pending work, material requirements, and manpower availability.
Ensure timely submission of site reports and updates.
Maintain proper communication between the office and site teams.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
