Position Overview

Unique Minds Academy is looking for a creative, enthusiastic, and result-oriented Social Media & Marketing Executive to manage the academy's online presence, create engaging content, promote educational programs, and strengthen brand awareness across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain the academy's social media accounts, including Instagram, Facebook, and other digital platforms.
Create engaging posts, promotional materials, reels, stories, and other marketing content.
Plan and execute social media campaigns to promote courses, programs, and academy activities.
Develop creative marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, audience engagement, and student enquiries.
Monitor social media performance,



respond to messages and comments, and identify opportunities to improve online reach.

Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is preferred.
Basic knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing strategies.
Creativity and positive content-writing skills.
Familiarity with Canva, graphic design, and video editing tools is an advantage.
Positive communication skills and attention to detail.
Ability to plan content, manage deadlines, and work independently.
Freshers with creativity and an interest in digital marketing are welcome to apply.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
