We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Team Leader (TL) from the BPO/BPS industry who can manage a team of 3035+ associates, drive operational performance, and ensure achievement of business targets.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and lead a team of 3035+ associates.
Monitor daily team performance, productivity, and quality.
Ensure achievement of operational targets and SLAs.
Conduct regular team meetings, feedback sessions, and performance reviews.
Handle escalations and resolve team-related issues.
Motivate team members and maintain team discipline.
Coordinate with management to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Required Skills & Qualifications
3–4 years of experience in the BPO/BPS industry.
Previous experience as a Team Leader or in a similar team-handling role.
Must have managed a team of at least 30–35 employees.
Solid leadership, communication, and team-management skills.
Valuable understanding of operational metrics, productivity, and performance management.
Immediate joiners preferred.
Candidate Preference: Male candidates preferred, subject to applicable hiring policies.
