Job Responsibilities
Provide counselling and guidance to students regarding their academic, personal and emotional concerns.
Understand students' behavioural and learning difficulties and provide appropriate support.
Conduct individual and group counselling sessions.
Coordinate with teachers, parents and school management to support students' overall development.
Identify students who require additional support and guidance.
Maintain confidential student counselling records.
Conduct awareness sessions on emotional well-being, social skills and positive behaviour.
Support students in developing confidence, self-esteem and interpersonal skills.
Qualifications & Skills
Master's degree in Psychology, Counselling Psychology or a related field.
Relevant experience in student counselling or school counselling.
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to understand students' needs and handle sensitive situations.
Empathy, patience and a student-friendly approach.
Experience in a school workplace will be preferred.
