A hands-on HR & Talent Acquisition Executive to lead day-to-day hiring and
support essential people processes
Candidate profile:
Proven experience sourcing and closing candidates, ideally for manufacturing, engineering or
industrial sales roles.
Confidence in approaching passive candidates directly, rather than relying only on job
applications.
Solid follow-up, interviewing, documentation and communication skills.
Comfortable working with hiring managers across the Vasai office and Palghar factory.
Relevant HR qualification is welcome; demonstrated recruitment results are essential
Experience
