Responsibilities
Supervise daily construction/maintenance activities on site.
Coordinate with contractors, workers, and vendors.
Ensure work is completed as per quality and safety standards.
Monitor material usage and prevent wastage.
Maintain daily progress reports and site records.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations.
Resolve in office issues promptly.
Requirements
1+ years of experience as a Site Supervisor.
Robust knowledge of construction processes and materials.
Good communication and team management skills.
Ability to read building plans/drawings.
Job Types: Full-time, Fresher Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
