Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Accounts Executive to handle day-to-day accounting operations, taxation, banking activities, financial reporting, and statutory compliances.

Key Responsibilities

Finance & Accounts:
Manage debtors, creditors, payment recovery, and reconciliations.
Handle day-to-day accounting and voucher entries (Sales, Purchase & Bank).
Manage accounts payable, supplier payments, and payment records.
Maintain sales and purchase registers, ledgers, and invoices.
Prepare monthly stock statements and MIS reports.
Handle petty cash and bank reconciliation.
Manage vendor registration, credit/debit notes, and customer credit checks.
Assist in balance sheet preparation and finalization of accounts.
Handle banking activities, including CC renewal, stock statements,



and loan-related matters.
Maintain salary, wages, and commission records.

Taxation & Compliance:
Handle GST, TDS, and Income Tax calculations, payments, and return filing.
Prepare Form 16 and Form 16A.
Handle GST audits, tax audits, and assessment-related documentation.
Manage income tax and sales tax-related matters.
Ensure timely statutory compliance.

Required Skills & Qualifications
B.Com / M.Com with 5–7 years of relevant experience.
Strong knowledge of accounting, GST, TDS, and Income Tax.
Experience in bank reconciliation and accounts finalization.
Positive knowledge of MS Excel and accounting software.
Solid analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
Ability to independently manage accounting and taxation activities.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
