Position: Sales Team Leader

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Team Leader who can lead a sales team, drive targets, manage the sales pipeline, and ensure smooth coordination between sales, marketing, clients, and channel partners.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
Conduct daily huddles, coaching sessions, and performance reviews.
Take ownership of the complete sales pipeline.
Ensure proper lead tracking and CRM discipline.
Monitor conversion rates and implement strategies to improve sales performance.
Prepare weekly/monthly Sales MIS for management.
Track inventory status and collection updates.
Coordinate with the Marketing team regarding lead quality and campaign feedback.
Handle escalations related to high-value bookings and clients.
Conduct regular site visits and coordinate with channel partners.
Motivate the team and maintain a robust on-ground sales presence
